Maillard Grill is entirely powered by charcoal and every dish on the menu is cooked to order. Equipped with an imported Spanish full-cast-iron Mibrasa oven which weighs half a tonne, this beast is able to retain heat as high as 450 degree Celsius. With the Mibrasa oven, food is cooked to its natural flavours whilst bringing out unique taste.
